What is Endeavr Wales?

Airbus Endeavr Wales is a unique collaboration forged between Airbus Defence and Space, the Welsh Government, Cardiff University, and a network of academic partners and innovative small businesses. Our mission is to accelerate the Welsh economy by supporting transformative early-stage research and guiding it toward real commercial value.

What We Do

We invest in pioneering ideas, helping them mature from initial concept to proof-of-concept. By nurturing these innovations within Wales, we:

• Develop cutting-edge technologies aligned with Airbus Defence and Space needs.
• Strengthen academic, SME, and industry expertise to spur future investment.
